Gary Brisker
CEO and Nutritionist
Gary received his BA in Humanities, American and English Literature at Boston University in 1971. Mr. Brisker has extensive experience as a health facility consultant in New York City, Detroit, Boston, Chicago, Austin, San Antonio, Los Angeles and Phoenix.
He has done independent nutritional counseling for weight management patients for over 40 years. His clients included former New York City Mayor, Ed Koch, NYC Wilhelmina and Ford Models, Paul Mitchell, also the Detroit Lions, the Detroit Tigers, and the San Anonio Spurs. Gary is also well known as a corporate wellness counselor and has worked with companies such as Volkswagen and Ford. He has worked with all the well respected gurus of health, such as Jack La Lanne (9 years), Richard Simmons (3 years), Vic Tanny (5 years), and LA Fitness (5 years).
Richard Blume
Partner & President of Formulations
As Co-Owner & President of Formulations, as a Formulating Chemist, Richard leads collaborative efforts to develop top-shelf methylsufonylmethane OptiMSM, (MSM) products. MSM is a naturally occurring substance found in plants, animals and humans. It can be extracted to make topicals and capsules to support a healthy anti-inflammatory response.
Over his career, Richard has developed more than 100 products with MSM as the primary ingredient. An experienced chemist, Richard has experience in formulating herbal products for decades. He first began manufacturing MSM products in 2001 and has developed many Skin Care products using powerful proven ingredient.
Dr. Joe Nyangenya Maniga, PhD.

Dr. ‘Joe’ Nyangenya Maniga is Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Specialty Formulations and Manufacturing. Dr. Maniga is a renowned formulation scientist with over 30 years of experience in the formulation of consumer products and drugs. He was previous the Group Vice President for product development at Nutraceutical International Corporation.
Prior to that he was the Executive Vice President and Director of Life Flo Healthcare products and affiliated companies that were acquired by Nutraceutical international Corporation in 2007. Earlier, Dr. Maniga was a university professor and taught chemistry locally and overseas. He has also worked as a research scientist previously. He has numerous US patents issued and has published in peer reviewed journals.
Dr. Maniga graduated from Arizona State University with a PhD in organic synthesis chemistry, from University of Denver-Colorado with a MS in analytical chemistry and from university of Nairobi with BSc in chemistry major and computer science minor.
