Benzocaine, Lidocaine and Tetracaine & MSM are used to relieve pain and itching caused by conditions such as sunburn or other minor burns, insect bites or stings, poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, minor cuts, or scratches.
Description: Numb-It ® Gel includes four topical anesthetics that are frequently found in OTC numbing creams but together in one formulation. These are the strongest products allowed by the FDA, without a prescription. The gel can be used before dermatological procedures, Microneedling, Botox/filler injections, tattooing and more. This product helps make common dermatological procedures more comfortable for patients. It is stronger than the typical numbing cream with a higher total concentration of anesthetic.
Benzocaine, Lidocaine and Tetracaine & MSM belong to a group of medicines known as topical local anesthetics. It deadens the nerve endings in the skin. This medicine does not cause unconsciousness like general anesthetics do when used for surgery.
This medicine is available with a prescription; however, your doctor may have special instructions on the proper use and dose for your medical condition.
Numb-It ® Gel is frequently used by dermatologists but may also be used by dentists prior to injections of Botox for treating bruxism and temporomandibular disorders. It may also help during certain orthodontic procedures or in treating conditions affecting maxillofacial muscles. This product is used in the following:

Application: Apply 60 to 90 minutes prior to procedure to numb the tissue
